Palm View Elementary School

In the heart of Coachella the Coachella Valley Unified School District is building a brand new elementary school. Palm View Elementary School will be home to about 800 students and will undergo a complete redesign and reconstruction. The school will be opening its doors in August 2020. It will include more structures for shade and air conditioning, a large multipurpose room, increased parking, easier parent pick-up and drop-off zones using a design that maximizes safety. The Electrical Systems have been designed to meet today’s standards of energy management and consumption. One of the more striking design features is the 100-foot long pedestrian bridge that connects the Multi-Purpose/Administration Building to the two-story Classroom Building. The design not only connects the physical environment but is intended to literally bridge students and teachers together in a unique way.

West Covina High School

West Covina High School football team holds multiple CIF titles as well as League Championship titles from years of a strong athletic program.  The championship team’s home field was not up to the caliber people have come to expect.

West Covina High School is receiving an upgrade of the existing football field. The project will include new bleachers, a press-box, restrooms, and a low-voltage infrastructure.

The improvements will benefit not just the players, but the sports fans as well.

Nuview Library

Nuview Library was a 2,160 square-foot modular building.  No longer meeting the needs of the public, Nuview was in need of a major upgrade.

This project will replace the existing modular unit facility with a 3,760 square foot library.  The project will have LED lighting, switchgear, computer infrastructure, and a fire/security system.  This new public library will receive new books and have a section for teens and children.  It will also be equipped with a computer access lab, plug-in technology areas, a bookstore, community meeting room, and a teen focus zone.

The project, when complete, will be more energy efficient, safer, and more technologically advanced for students to be able to excel.

Sun View Elementary School

As Sun View was expecting its student body to become twice the size, the building got an electrical upgrade, as well as an expansion.

This project allows the school to double in size to accommodate the student body of another school (said school will be under renovation).  The school received a new electrical service and underground conduit infrastructure that will be able to provide both high and low voltage systems.  Additionally, a multi-purpose building, 13 modular classrooms, and a double restroom will be constructed along will three future classrooms and a boys and girls locker room.

Temecula Middle School

With Temecula’s high temperatures hitting triple digits, Temecula Middle School needed HVAC upgrades, to keep students and faculty cool and alert during the hotter months.

This middle school remodel will consist of a new, fully automated fire alarm system campus wide, new HVAC upgrades (replacement of 59 AC units) and an exterior parking lot upgrade.

The project will ensure that Temecula Middle School students are comfortable for years to come.
